A security deposit of $300 is held by the payment processor and released a week or so after checkout.
All bookings are subject to a 3% payment processing fee, which is included in the total price of the stay. This fee is paid directly to the payment processor at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the cancellation and refund policy that applies. In the event of a cancellation or refund, the refundable amount will be calculated as the total paid less the 3% payment processing fee.
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and an ID is to be provided.

• Please note that the host will not be responsible for refunding any money due to unfortunate events that affect the number of nights you stay under any circumstances.
