Welcome to your new dream Disney vacation home! This 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom detached home has its own screened private pool and hot tub. Located in the gated resort of Champions Gate, you have complete access to additional clubhouse amenities such as the water park, lazy river, theater and arcade room while still being in close proximity to theme parks, restaurants, outlets and numerous attractions.

The space
This stunning home offers plenty of common space to entertain on both floors. No expense has been spared when furnishing this home with quality details in every room. The homes open concept begins with the grand room on the main floor, its soaring 20’ ceilings, gorgeous ship-lap wall and extra comfy sectional will help you RELAX after a long day at the theme parks. You'll find a LARGE smart TV and sound bar to enhance your everyday entertainment experience. Backing the grand room is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and necessities required to make complete meals with the same comfort as your own home. The kitchen island offers a space for 4 to sit while the large dining room table invites an additional 10 guests to sit.

The main floor hosts two bedrooms. The front bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed, smart TV and adjacent full bathroom. The rear primary bedroom hosts a king-sized bed, smart TV, full bathroom and direct access to the pool deck. Regardless of if you are a swimmer or not, wait until you see this pool deck. Various seating areas, outdoor smart TV, pool loungers, basketball net for the athletic ones, screened off pool and spa. Don’t mind if you take a seat in our favorite egg chair! Let's not forget about the main floor BONUS games room with its own arcade game, foosball table, pub style seating, smart TV and additional wall games for the entire family to enjoy on a day in!

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

We kindly remind you that this is a self-catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. are the guests responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about these items. No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

Pool heat is set between 83°F and 86°F. The spa will reach 100F when activated. This can take between 20-90minutes depending on the ambient temperature. We are unable to adjust this setting. Pool Heat and Extreme Low Outdoor Temperatures All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by over exhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches 50°F. Please note there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Resort Trash Rules: All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash bench by the front door for collection.

Resort Parking Rules: The resort only allows 3 cars. DO NOT block the sidewalk or park on the street as you will be fined.
