Solis is a brand new architecturally designed villa offering privacy, space, ocean and
hinterland views. With your own private pool and direct access from the back gate to
the beach track to swim in the crystal clear water of the lagoon where it meets the
ocean.

Solis is the perfect retreat to relax, unwind, and soak up the coastal lifestyle.
The ground level features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area flowing out to
the outdoor terrace and private pool where you can enjoy slow morning coffees and
relaxed dinners.

The middle level offers excellent privacy with two generous bedrooms, a bathroom,
media room, study nook and bedroom balcony with ocean views, making it a
peaceful retreat for couples or families. 

The top level is a luxurious parents retreat. The large master bedroom looks across
the beach and hinterland giving the feeling of being surrounded by coastal rainforest.
The master bedroom has a king bed, WIR and generous private bathroom with
double sinks & bath.

A versatile multipurpose room on this level is perfect for sundowners with ocean and
hinterland views. It also has a sofa bed, mini fridge and small kitchenette area and
its own full bathroom.
