This property was in a fantastic location within walking distance to restaurants, stores, a park, and Bayview Medical Center. The host, Sarabina, offered great communication, was extremely responsive, and I felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Definitely recommend and I would book this property again without hesitation!

Fantastic location - felt truly welcome

This was a great property in the perfect place. You can walk to restaurants, stores, the park, and Bayview Medical Center. I needed to have access to these things during my stay and I was pleasantly surprised at how centrally located the property was to all of it.The host, Sarabina, was amazing. Her communications were warm and quickly responsive. She made me feel extremely welcome and has provided many thoughtful touches to make your stay as a guest comfortable and enjoyable.I would absolutely stay here again!

Smaller than what we anticipated. Bedrooms we on the main (upper) level and kitchen and living room down some steep stairs. One bedroom is located very close to the stairs so caution is needed. Upon arrival we did not have enough towels, wash cloths, or toilet paper for our stay. The outlets did not work either, however the host did respond quickly and for things taken care of.

We appreciate the detailed feedback about your stay. The listing description does note that the bedrooms are on the upper level with the kitchen and living room down a set of stairs, so guests can plan ahead based on that layout. The home was stocked with toilet paper before arrival, and as soon as we heard more towels and washcloths were needed, we brought extra supplies right over. On the outlet issue, we came out immediately to troubleshoot and had a technician inspect the electrical, which showed several high-powered appliances sharing one circuit. That was resolved quickly, and the receptacles were upgraded to help prevent it from happening again. We're glad the response time worked well for you and will keep working to make each stay as smooth as possible.
