Exposed brick and timber beams meet modern comfort, with two living areas, two bathrooms, two queen mezzanine bedrooms, a sofa bed, full kitchen, dining by the windows, smart TV and fast Wi-Fi throughout.
The Space:
Spanning two levels, the residence showcases exposed brick walls, timber beams, and polished wooden floors that enhance its heritage character while maintaining a warm, contemporary feel.
The ground-floor living area is an inviting space styled with eclectic artwork. It includes comfortable seating for four, a theatre-size smart TV, a fully equipped bathroom, and a sofa bed for additional guests.
Upstairs, the main living and dining area seats six and flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop, electric oven, and essential cookware. Layered rugs, a rustic coffee table, Art Deco lounges for relaxing, and natural décor accents add warmth and charm throughout.
