This second-floor space features a thoughtful layout with a bedroom and bathroom at each end. Each room has an attached full size bathroom providing guests with privacy as well as a common area in the center of the space to gather. The bright windows and high ceilings create a very inviting atmosphere to watch TV or prepare simple meals in the kitchenette. This would be the ideal space for a couple, a family with an older child who may want their own space, or co workers who need seperate sleeping areas but want to be together.

**Please note for long-term guests:** The unit does not have a stovetop, oven, or on-site laundry facilities.

A separate front door for guests allows them to access second floor without interacting with anyone in the first floor space. Off street parking for one car. On Street parking for one more. This is an upstairs unit and you must climb a straight set of stairs to access the unit.

Walk in 5-10 minutes to all of following and more:
Restaurants (Elizabeth Street Café, Lenoir, Sway, Thai Fresh, Fresa’s, Bouldin Street Café, Polvo’s); Music (El Mercado); Convenience Stores (First Food Mart, HalaHu Market #2, Pecan Food Mart); Coffee Shops (Seventh Flag, Once Over); Great Dessert Shops (Dolce Neve Gelato, Manolis Ice Cream Pastries & Cake (open 24 hours).

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).
We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.

2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
