The Paddock is a modern four-bedroom home, designed to make the most of its spectacular surroundings. The home enjoys sweeping views toward Coronet Peak and provides an elegant, private base within easy reach of both Queenstown and Arrowtown.
Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows frame the alpine scenery. The central living area is open-plan and generous, combining a relaxed lounge with gas fireplace, a large dining area, and a beautifully appointed kitchen, ideal for entertaining. The kitchen features dual ovens, a sleek glass cooktop, a spacious butlerâs pantry and a large island with bar seating for casual gatherings.
A separate media room sits just off the main living space, offering a cosy retreat with a large television - perfect for movie nights or quiet downtime. Sliding doors connect the interior to a sheltered outdoor terrace fitted with adjustable louvres, a built-in BBQ, outdoor fireplace and dining area, which opens onto a broad, manicured lawn.
The master suite features a Super King bed, walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious ensuite complete with a freestanding bath and rain shower. A second bedroom also enjoys a walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite, while the remaining two bedrooms can be arranged as either Kings or Twins and share a spacious bathroom with double basins. One of these rooms opens directly onto the deck, where a spa pool overlooks the distant mountain ridgelines - an ideal spot to relax after a day outdoors.
Additional amenities include a dedicated two-person workspace, full laundry facilities, and a generous internal garage that leads through to a games and media room. Equipped with a pool table and immersive sound system, this space is particularly well suited to families or groups with teenagers.
Ideally located just moments from the Coronet Peak access road, The Paddock is perfectly positioned for year-round adventure, from skiing and hiking to cycling and vineyard visits. All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.
