Perched right on the banks of the stunning Goulburn River, this newly renovated retreat is the ultimate place to slow down, reconnect and soak up nature — without giving up your creature comforts.



Wake to the sound of flowing water. Spend your days floating down the river, reading on the deck, or feeding king parrots as they visit. As the sun sets, light the fire, pour a glass of wine and sink into the riverside hot tub under a blanket of bright country stars.

The Space

MAIN HOUSE (Sleeps 6 – 2 Bedrooms)



The main house accommodates up to 6 guests and includes:



• Master suite with ensuite

• Second bedroom with double bed + bunk bed (perfect for families)

• Two bathrooms

• Open-plan kitchen, dining & living area with large river-facing windows

• 900mm oven and fully equipped kitchen

• Wood fire heater

• Large deck overlooking the river



Book for 4 guests and enjoy exclusive use of the main house, sauna, riverfront firepit and property.



Additional Accommodation (Unlocked with Larger Bookings)

A-Frame Hut (3rd Bedroom – Unheated, No Power)



Unlocked with minimum 5-guest booking.



A cosy, fully sealed cabin just outside the house with a queen mattress on the floor and direct river views from bed. Ceiling height approx. 1.3m (adults cannot stand upright). No power, heating or AC — but very snug with warm doonas. A beautiful back-to-nature experience.



Riverside Bungalow Room (4th Bedroom)



Unlocked with 7+ guest booking.



A private external bedroom (10m from the house) with large French doors opening onto its own riverfront deck. Fan, heater and faux fireplace heater included. No bathroom (toilets located in main house).



Perfect for couples, teens or anyone wanting their own peaceful retreat.



Maximum capacity: 10 guests total.



River Adventures (December–April)



• 2 adult kayaks available (deposit required, use at own risk)

• BYO life jackets (large ones provided)

• Bring inflatable tubes for summer floating

• Additional kayak hire available in Jamieson



Please note: River conditions vary greatly depending on rainfall and season. Always assess conditions carefully.



Firewood Information



• Firewood supplied for indoor wood heater and hot tub coil

• Outdoor fire pit – please BYO firewood & kindling



Hot tub location may be adjusted in winter if river levels are high.

Jamieson is a charming small town:



• General store (closes 4pm) for essentials

• Court House Hotel & Jamieson Brewery (book ahead)

• Small bottle shop at the pub

• Petrol station in town

• Closest supermarket: IGA Mansfield (25 mins away)



We strongly recommend bringing groceries with you.



Also pack:

• Extra swimming towels

• Insect repellent (March flies can be active)

• Aldi/Illy coffee pods if you’re a coffee lover

• Quiet after midnight



The property is managed locally to ensure house rules are respected.
