Myrtle & Bloom Cottage is a charming Californian bungalow, lovingly preserved with period details and modern comforts. Located in the heart of magnificent Myrtleford with majestic Mount Buffalo in the backdrop, this two-bedroom self-contained cottage offers a wonderful retreat within easy walking distance to town (350m) and a delicious array of restaurants, pubs, cafés, and wineries.
Inside the cottage youâll discover a beautifully presented interior, with high ceilings, original features and polished Murray Pine flooring. The space is welcoming, cosy and thoughtfully styled, with a fireplace ready to take the chill out of crisp country evenings. The lounge room also offers a spilt system to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The Cottage comprises two delightful bedrooms, each outfitted with comfy queen-sized beds, ceiling fans, and electric blankets for those chilly nights. Youâll also enjoy access to modern amenities designed to enhance your stay, including a Smart TV for entertainment, Wi-Fi for your connectivity needs, and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, air fryer, and washing machine Additionally, there's a Weber Q BBQ ready for those lovely outdoor meals, and ample off-street parking with an undercover carport for your convenience. The property is fully fenced with well-maintained gardens and a shady back verandah.
