Welcome to Miss Issy, a light-filled family home designed for easy coastal living in the heart of Parkdale. The open-plan downstairs space brings everyone together, with a bright living area, fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining table seating eight — perfect for long dinners after a day by the bay. Year-round comfort is ensured with heating and cooling throughout, while outside a covered alfresco area and BBQ invite relaxed outdoor meals and sunny afternoons.

With four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, two powder rooms, the home offers plenty of space for families or groups wanting a calm and comfortable base close to the beach.

Located in a quiet Parkdale street, Miss Issy is just moments from the beach, cafés, local shops and parks, making it an easy and enjoyable bayside escape for all seasons.

Dog (1) friendly with prior arrangement.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
