- Kitchen & Dining: A modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a sleek quartz peninsula with seating for two.

- Dining Area: The adjacent dining space features a wood-top table for formal meals and custom accent shelving.

- Coffee Bar: A dedicated station equipped with a Keurig Duo; we provide both ground coffee and K-cups for a tailored morning experience.



Bedrooms:

- Primary Bedroom: Features a king bed, a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a wall-mounted 32" smart TV.

- Guest Bedroom: A peaceful retreat with a king bed and soft bedside lighting, intentionally designed without a TV to maintain a restful atmosphere.



- Entertainment: Enjoy cable TV in the living room and streaming app access on the home’s smart TVs, along with a curated selection of board games for indoor relaxation.

- Bathrooms: The guest bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower for accessibility, while the primary suite offers a private tub/shower layout.

- Laundry: A dedicated in-unit laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire interior of Salt & Sol, the private patio, and all community amenities. One reserved parking space is provided under a covered carport, with additional guest spots available on-site for secondary vehicles.

Nestled on the world-renowned Siesta Key, the property is positioned in a vibrant coastal community known for its unique quartz sand and turquoise waters. Salt & Sol is situated in a prime location within easy walking distance to the boutique shops and local dining of the Village, as well as several public beach access points.



Getting Around:

While the island is highly navigable by car or ride-share, many Salt & Sol guests prefer walking or cycling to the nearby boutiques, restaurants, and beach access points. For excursions to mainland Sarasota, the drive time is approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

In-Unit Laundry: A full-sized washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Quiet Hours: To respect the tranquil atmosphere of our community, we request that guests observe quiet hours between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
