We enjoyed the location of this condo, only a 10 min walk to the beach, which is gorgeous. It is also walking distance to a few good restaurants and a small grocery store in strip malls. Further away but a short drive, is Siesta Key Village with its shops, restaurants and busy scene. We enjoyed the quiet end of the key with access to all the action on the other end. The unit was clean and private. We had a few issues with things not working or not as pictured, but nothing that got in our way of enjoying the trip.

An amazing time!

Michelle was amazing! The condo was clean, safe and perfectly located. It is ground floor with easy access which was perfect for my mom. The backyard patio and pool made the place more special. We enjoyed every second of the long weekend. We can’t wait to return to Siesta Key and we will stay at this property again!!

AMAZING COTTAGE!!! so close to a breathtaking beach

We loved every minute in this cottage, it had the perfect amount of space for our family, felt clean and updated, we enjoyed the pool, but most striking was its proximity to a gorgeous beach, we loved walking there multiple times a day! The house came with all the beach gear you need. Of note, if renting this property, you need to bring shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, all food items.

It's a beautiful property with very good amenities and walkable distance from the beach. We had a good time at this property. The only flip side was that property manager was unaccommodating and rude. We informed her that the keypad had low battery as soon as we arrived, 4 days later nothing was done and we could get locked out anytime.

Gorgeous home!

We loved our stay here, and the property manager/owner could not have been more lovely. This house was in an AMAZING location and was just a beautiful place to stay. We immediately felt at home. Only issue (which wasn't the owner's fault, but rather the listing agent's) was that the property was not accurately described when we rented it - the description claimed that it had one more twin bed than it did and did not reveal that the pool was NOT "private" but rather is shared between the two units. I see that issue has now been fixed so that everyone is accurately informed of the house's details. I would not hesitate to rent this home (or any other home from this owner) again!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay

Unit appeared to be recently renovated with everything including appliances, furniture, beds and bathrooms looking brand new. Kids loved having the pool right out the back door in a beautifully landscaped setting and the beach only a block and a half away. Would stay again.
