Each property retains its own entrance and outdoor areas, making this retreat perfect for extended families, multiple families travelling together, or groups seeking a comfortable and central base without compromising on privacy.

Together, the two homes offer multiple open-plan living areas, modern kitchens, and indoor dining spaces, allowing guests to gather or spread out as needed.
Outdoor entertaining options include decks, gas BBQs, and a firepit, providing flexible spaces for socialising while still respecting neighbouring properties. The shared driveway leads to Snowgum Bright 2, with ample parking for multiple vehicles.

• Snowgum Bright 1: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (sleeps 6)
o Bedroom 1: King bed (or 2 singles) + Ensuite
o Bedroom 2: Queen bed
o Bedroom 3: King bed (or 2 singles) + Ensuite

• Snowgum Bright 2: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (sleeps 9)
o Bedroom 1: King bed + Ensuite
o Bedroom 2: Single bunks + Trilogy Bunk
o Bedroom 3: King bed
