With 3 large bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests, this property is an ideal fit for families or a group of friends.

The spacious lounge and large flat screen TV invites you to take it easy after a long day out and about, while the kids play happily in the kids nook with a range of games and toys.

Cooking and feasting is a delight in this fully equipped kitchen, with state of the art Bosch appliances including stovetop and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso Creatista Coffee Machine.

With a stunning dining setting, mealtime has never felt so good. Enjoy a night in with dinner inside or perhaps on a pleasant night, move outside and enjoy your meal alfresco on the large elevated deck with views of the surrounding hills.

The master bedroom provides a quiet sanctuary from the rest of the house, with corner window overlooking the complex, private access to the front deck and a large contemporary ensuite inclusive of vanity, toilet and shower.

The second bedroom contains a plush king bed (can be converted into two singles) and the third bedroom has two sets of quality single bunks, all of which offer premium amenities and luxury linen.

Designed specifically to allow large groups of family or friends to come together, theres an impressive outdoor dining area and communal BBQ, large lawn for afternoon cricket matches, stunning rock water feature, and fire-pit complete with supplied wood and marshmallow toasting sticks.

Across from the large alfresco area is a kids haven, with plenty of things to keep them busy, including a gorgeous cubbyhouse, sandpit and swing set all visible from any of the homes.

For those whove been out cycling or mountain biking, theres a bike wash bay available as well as a secure storage area in each home to store your bike or other recreational gear.
