Welcome to "Serenity," where relaxation meets absolute comfort! Our spacious holiday rental is nestled in picturesque Sanctuary Point, NSW. Offering water-front views, it is perfect for a getaway and is sure to cater for everyone's needs with its impressive range of amenities including a luxurious spa, BBQ area, and much more.
This relaxing abode houses a maximum of 8 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups. With its inviting and modern architecture, it features three beautifully furnished bedrooms. The first bedroom is a haven of tranquillity with a queen-size bed and a personal balcony with stunning water views. The second bedroom exudes an earthy charm with a comfortable queen-sized bed, and the third room is thoughtfully designed for our young guests featuring a tri-bunk and single trundle bed and children's toys & books.
Envelop yourself in the peacefulness of the place while enjoying the benefit of 1.5 stylishly decorated bathrooms. The main bathroom is endowed with an array of amenities, including plush bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer.
Experience the joy of cooking in our fully equipped kitchen, that includes appliances like a coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and more. After the meal, feel free to retreat to the inviting sitting area comprising of a smart TV and board games for entertainment.
Kick-start your day with a relaxing breakfast at the outdoor dining area as you bask in the waterfront views. As the day progresses, you can take a leisurely walk around Sanctuary Point. Return home to a cosy fire pit, perfect for campfire stories and marshmallows as the day fades into night.
Pets are part of the family, and we are delighted to accommodate up to three pets. Please note the garden is not fully fenced, the back garden which adjoins the nature strip is unfenced.
The "Serenity" offers five private parking spaces, ensuring the safekeeping of your vehicles and adding more convenience to your stay.

- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities â a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera in the driveway from garage to street, front yard away from property, driveway from house to fence and side of property to caravan. They will be on during your stay.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
