From sunrise to sunset, Solymar will provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay in the beautiful coastal town of Callala Beach. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the beach and make yourself a Nespresso to enjoy on the balcony with a sparkling view of Jervis Bay. When the urge strikes to have your first swim of the day, you can grab a towel and be on Callala Beach in less than a minute. Afterwards, rinse off in the heated outdoor shower or your ensuite and decide how to spend the rest of your day in one of the most beautiful places in the country.

Stay inside this second-floor apartment comfortably on cooler days in the air conditioning and relax in front of the TV on the expansive leather lounge with DVDs and streaming services at your fingertips, or gather around a board game to battle it out. When the weather is beautifully warm (as it usually is), grab a book to read out on the shaded balcony with a cold drink, and when mealtimes come around, cook up a storm on the BBQ to enjoy on the outdoor dining table, or make use of the fully furnished indoor open plan kitchen.

Once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights; the owners recommend catching the Myola ferry across to Huskisson to explore the local shops and restaurants, or keep it natural with an adventure around the nearby beaches, creeks and mountain trails. Wind down the day on the balcony with a few beers and music on the portable bluetooth speaker, or relax in the spa bath for a luxurious soak. Spend every day in maximum comfort at Solymar, and make memories to last a lifetime.

Important Information:

- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities - a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Fencing: The property is not fenced and pets will need to be actively supervised
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area and dining area
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).

Perfect location, property was very good had everything you needed. Had to contact the agent for something and they responded and acted immediately on a weekend, excellent service. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location and very spacious apartment. Overall very neat and clean. Minor issues with room fans and the ckeaners can definitely put a little bit more effort in cleaning the balcony. A fabulous stay overall.

A beautiful first floor unit positioned within easy walking distance to the beach which needs a good clean There was very little crockery and no condiments in the cupboard only salt and pepper. Beds and pillows were good

Excellent position

Entry into apartment was very poor, the key was very difficult to use. position wise it couldn't have been more perfect with a few steps to the beach, locals are very friendly and love their dogs, so if you're thinking of taking your pet it will be the best decision. Great pizza restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient for our kids. Enjoy the night's sleep listening to the waves breaking, it truly was a lovely getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Solymar. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, making it ideal for a family. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the full laundry facilities were a great convenience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, which made morning swims and beach walks an easy part of our routine. Although the property sits on a busy road next to the pizza shop, it was surprisingly quiet and beautifully peaceful in the mornings. Sitting outside with a cup of tea or coffee while listening to the sound of the waves and watching the sun rise was one of our favourite moments. If you enjoy running, there are fantastic tracks nearby, especially along the path to Myola or in the other direction towards Callala Bay. We were advised two weeks before our stay that the dishwasher was not working, which was a minor inconvenience; however, we had a very positive overall experience. Solymar is a lovely place for a relaxed beachside holiday, and we would happily return.

First holiday with pet

Was a great weekend away, our first holiday with our dog. The apartment is on the best location- few metres to the beach, great views and we can hear smoothing sounds of the waves while relaxing on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and has basic stuff, things are easy to find. Both humans & dog had a wonderful stay😀😀 Highly recommend & would love to stay again. Thanks much. Note: can thelock to main entrance be fixed, pls? Tricky & challenging to open at times

Property management should check that all electrical etc is in working condition

First we were asked to take the bin out and we had just arrived. Then we found that the fan is not working in one of the bedroom. There was a fan in the bunk bedroom and it is also not working so we have an uncomfortable night. It’s was warm and humid. We contacted the management the next day who called the electrician and didn’t get beck. Later we were told that the owner was not answering the call and so we visited the office and was told we can borrow one of their fan It’s could be better managed

Regarding the bins, we do kindly ask guests to assist with putting them out when scheduled during their stay, as noted in the guest guidebook. This is standard for holiday homes and helps maintain cleanliness for all guests. As for the fan concerns, once reported, our team promptly contacted an electrician. Unfortunately, access delays can occur when owner approval is required for repairs, and we regret that this impacted your comfort. In the interim, offering a loan fan was intended to provide a practical solution while awaiting further action. We agree the situation could have been better managed and will review how we can improve response coordination in cases where timely access to trades or approvals is needed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Departamento feo, sucio, no cumple los mínimos ofrecidos. Mala experiencia. No habían toallas, ni muchos otros insumos requeridos. Se nota que no la han limpiado, las ventanas llenas de telas de arañas. Además, la puerta de uno de los dormitorios estaba malcriada y solo se podía acceder por una mampara q daba a la lavandería.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
