Travelling with a baby or toddler?

One infant or toddler is welcome in addition to the maximum guest allowance, provided they are using a supplied or personal travel cot/crib. Please let us know in advance so we can best prepare for your stay.

🔑 Guest Access & Arrival

Guests enjoy secure building access and full use of all resort facilities during their stay.

Your comfort is important to us, and we’re always available should you need assistance throughout your visit.

🧽 Cleaning & Care

Each stay is supported by professional cleaning to ensure a consistently high standard.

• Cleaning concerns must be reported within 6 hours of check-in
• Guests must allow us the opportunity to rectify any issues
• If a cleaning solution is declined, refunds cannot be offered

Additional cleaning required due to excessive mess or damage will be charged at $50 per hour, with damages assessed separately.

🔎 Lost & Found

Items left behind can be held for up to two weeks. Collection can be arranged, or items posted at the guest’s expense.

✅ Check-Out & Late Departure

Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM

• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: half-day rate applies
• After 12:00 PM: late check-out unavailable
