Great location and beautiful home, had everything we needed with plenty of space for 9 people. Short walk to the beach was great. Thank you for the hospitality.

Really close to sagamore beach only downfall you have to walk there beach is resident parking only. Trash can outside was full when we got there and with a large family with children there was no room for trash bags. Other then that beautiful house, clean as spacious

We were a group of 10 with 4 children. Having the finished basement was great plus for the children. This was a perfect location with an easy walk to the beach. I would make a couple of minor suggestions. The only broom was laying on the ground outside. It was pretty old and we couldn’t find a dustpan. It also would have been nice to have to spray cleaner in the kitchen for the counters. I would add a colander to the well appointed kitchen. Other than those few minor things we loved everything about house and the area. Would definitely return again.

I'm so glad the finished basement was a hit with the kids and that the location made for such an easy walk to the beach! It sounds like this was a great fit for your group of 10, and we're happy you loved the house and the area overall. My apologies regarding the lack of cleaning supplies (at the beginning of the summer, the house had three brooms). I'll look into this more closely for the next guest. Our family of 10 found this home to be more than adequate for the adults and children in our clan. House is well maintained and clean. Lots of space for group gatherings and children to play inside and out. Host was responsive to a problem with the frame of one bed being broken and not useable but we still had room for everyone. Kitchen could use some minor amenities such as dish pan for sink (there’s no dishwasher), colander, wine opener, lobster pot. We appreciated that there were bowls for our dog and a dog crate if we needed it. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk with friendly neighbors. Great access to Scusset Beach and about a 15 minute walk to Sagamore Beach.
