Brand new large luxury 3 bedroom waterfront apartment with uninterrupted bay and marina views located on level 1 of the boutique Kailani apartments with secure lift access. Sleeps up to 7 with designer interiors and amenities, plush bedding, fully airconditioned, fast NBN and 2 secure car spaces. Featuring open plan living that flows to a private balcony with BBQ, it is perfect for relaxed sunset drinks while enjoying the bay views. Just minutes walk to cafés, beaches and the adjacent marina.
This beautifully designed apartment is laid out on a single level, making it easy and comfortable for guests of all ages.
The heart of the apartment is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, which looks directly out over the spectacular Batemans Bay and the adjacent Marina. This light filled space includes a large dining table seating up to 8 guests, comfortable lounges, and a 65 inch smart TV for relaxing evenings.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and all the amenities needed for cooking at home, whether itâs a simple breakfast or a shared family meal. Fast fibre-to-the-premises NBN WiFi is available throughout the apartment, making it easy to stream, work remotely or stay connected.
Large sliding doors open onto the private waterfront balcony, furnished with outdoor seating and a BBQ - perfect for sunset drinks, relaxed meals, or simply enjoying the ever changing views across the Bay.
The apartment features three bedrooms, all thoughtfully positioned around a private internal atrium garden, providing natural light and a calm, private outlook from every bedroom.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite and builtin robes.
Bed 2:
Bedroom two has a queen bed with builtin robes.
Bed 3:
Bedroom three offers a queen bed plus a single sofa bed, making it ideal for families that require an additional bed for a young child or teenager. Note: if you wish to make use of the single sofa bed, please specify this in your booking request as it requires additional linen which we will leave on the sofa for you to make up as required.
The apartment also includes internal laundry facilities and generous storage, creating a comfortable and practical space for short or extended stays.
