This beautifully updated Eagle Point home is perfect for guests who want to stay close to the lake while enjoying a stylish, comfortable mountain retreat. Located within walking distance to Big Bear Lake and Meadow Park, and just a 5-minute drive to Snow Summit Ski Resort, this home gives you unbeatable access to year-round adventure. Imagine watching the 4th of July fireworks from the lakeshore and strolling home in minutes-no traffic, no hassle!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1700+ sq ft two-story home with an open-concept living room, dining area, and a fully remodeled interior featuring modern finishes throughout. Enjoy a warm and cozy fireplace, large windows with natural light, and vinyl wood-grain flooring that runs through the main level.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The expansive master suite upstairs is a true retreat, featuring a Cal king bed, seating area, private balcony, and a stunning ensuite bathroom with tiled walls and floors, a claw-foot soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower with wood-grain tile accents. The main level offers two comfortable bedrooms. The second bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV. The third bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed. This level also includes a fully remodeled bathroom with a porcelain tub. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
