Welcome to DREAM CATCHER, our lovely 5 BR, 3.5 BA, one story home that sleeps 12 in vibrant and family friendly Gilbert. The backyard is an exciting oasis with a heated pool, sparkling waterfall, covered patio, fire pit and gas grill. Pool heating is optional and the pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80Âș F.
This beautiful home features both a formal living room with an electric fireplace and a great room with a TV. Large windows allow natural light and enhance the ambiance. Wifi is complimentary.
The kitchen is completely stocked making it easy to prep and serve home cooked meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. There is table and counter seating in the kitchen. There is also a dining area for more formal meals. Highchairs are available to rent.
~ DREAM AWAY ~
The bedroom floor plan is split. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and en suite bath. The bath has both shower and garden tub plus dual vanity sinks and enclosed commode. A hair dryer is supplied.
Bedroom 2 has a king bed, TV and en suite bath with a walk-in shower. A theater room next to Bedroom 2 has a large TV and wet bar for mixing drinks. Doors open between the theater and Bedroom 2 and they share Bathroom 2 with a walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have king beds and TVs. These bedrooms along with Bedroom 5 share Bathroom 3 with a walk-in shower. Currently Bedroom 5 has a full bed. There are plans to add more beds to Bedroom 5. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
A half bath is at the front of the home. The laundry room has family size appliances, starter detergent and everything you need to keep your wardrobe ready to wear. The attached garage features 2 car spaces plus there are 2 driveway spaces for your vehicles.

Revel Surf Park in Mesa (15 minute drive) and features a surf wave at Cannon Beach.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 12 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of twelve (12).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does not record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80Âș F. There is a 4 night minimum.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
