This semi-detached residence operates within Glebe's traditional cottage footprint while delivering spatial complexity through vertical volume and custom joinery. The one bedroom cottage sits close to Sydney Harbour's foreshore, with north facing outdoor space that captures winter sun and summer breezes.
Living & Entertaining
Double height ceilings transform the main living zone, creating volume that belies the building's modest ground coverage. The entry level library nook with built-in daybed establishes the home's material palette, with timber floors flowing through to the kitchen and dining area. Custom built shelving, desk space and integrated seating maximise function without cluttering sight lines. Oversized skylights channel natural light deep into the plan, shifting the internal atmosphere as the day progresses.

The kitchen anchors the open plan arrangement, positioned to maintain visual connection across living and dining zones while you prepare meals. Sydney Fish Market delivers the day's freshest catch within walking distance at Blackwattle Bay. Victoria Park offers green space for running or relaxation between the University of Sydney's grounds and inner west streets.
- Day Trips Bondi and Coogee sit thirty minutes east, with the coastal walk connecting beaches and headlands across six kilometres of clifftop track. The harbour foreshore spreads walking routes north through Balmain and Birchgrove to reach harbour headlands and bay beaches. Manly requires a harbour ferry crossing, placing northern beaches within easy reach while delivering harbour views during the journey.
