Welcome to your Lofty Haven, high above and steps away from George Street, downtown beauty, fun, and world-class restaurants/ pubs.

Notably, the apartment’s stunning living room views made it a featured filming location in the 2013 heartwarming comedy The Grand Seduction, a film that beautifully captures the charm, spirit, and rugged beauty of Newfoundland and Labrador.

This spacious two bedroom apartment has all the comfort and conveniences of home.

* Primary King bedroom, comfortable and inviting, features a private patio with stunning Harbour/ Narrows views—perfect for sipping morning coffee, waking up slowly, and reflecting on the day ahead

* Bedroom two is a Queen bedroom with a full closet and plenty of space to move around and settle in

* Living room space is large and inviting. It features a Smart TV, lovely electric fireplace as well as a window Air Conditioning unit for use in season. There is a small desk here as which is perfect for business travelers to stay in the loop and work as need be

* Full kitchen is spacious, a bit retro, clean and inviting and with all of the necessities and many of the gadgets from home

* Cozy four-piece bathroom features a deep tub, perfect for soaking in after a long day of travel with plenty of towels, quality soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Lofty Haven area is home to many unique local individuals and visitors. Keep in mind that this downtown location is part of a lively, vibrant city with all the city energy and atmosphere that comes with it. St. John’s is widely regarded as generally safe, especially compared to larger urban centers, but as in any downtown area, it's wise to stay aware of your surroundings—particularly at night or on busy streets like George Street.

Use common sense by locking doors at all times, avoid isolated areas after dark, and enjoy the city’s dynamic charm with confidence.

We do offer one free street parking pass per visit. No returns on this pass will result in a 100$ fee for our cost to replace.

Please note: there are about fifteen outside steps to ascend to reach this unit, it is not ground-level.
