Perfect for family connection, comfort, and memory-making, Tahoe Vibe Haus captures the spirit of mountain living and the simple joys that make Lake Tahoe so special. Hardwood floors throughout, well-stocked amenities, and open gathering spaces set a relaxed alpine tone, while the fully fenced backyard creates a private playground for kids, the family dog, and laid-back Tahoe moments in every season. Tucked away on a quiet, forested street in South Lake Tahoe, the home offers a peaceful mountain feel while staying close to all the action.
The home comfortably sleeps and dines up to 6 adults, with room for up to 4 children under age 13. Parking is available for two vehicles, no street parking. These limits are enforced 24/7.

Step inside to a bright, open living space designed for together time. The living room features a large sectional seating six, a 52-inch Smart TV, and a Bose sound system, making it ideal for movie nights after ski days or afternoons at the lake. A fold-out coffee table converts to a full-size table for board games, puzzles, or casual meals, with games available for all ages.

The living area flows into a remodeled kitchen and dining space where mornings begin over coffee and evenings linger around the table, or rollout out the poker mat fitted for the table for a night of games. Stainless steel appliances, a French-door GE refrigerator with icemaker, and a five-burner gas range make cooking easy, while a well-stocked coffee station suits both early starts and slow Tahoe mornings. The dining table seats eight, and a rollout poker table topper adds a fun touch for game nights. The kitchen opens directly to the backyard for easy indoor-outdoor living.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard invites year-round enjoyment. Relax in the private hot tub, fire up the gas BBQ, or gather at the outdoor dining tables. A swing bench and hanging chairs glow under soft evening lights, creating a cozy spot for stargazing and winding down. The front porch, with seating for four, is perfect for sipping coffee in the crisp mountain air.

The first-floor primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, 40-inch Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, dual closets, & workstation with convenient make-up mirror. Direct backyard access makes it easy to enjoy quiet mornings or evening hot tub soaks. A shared hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo serves the main level.

Also on the first floor, the kids’ bedroom is built for flexibility and fun, featuring a full-over-twin bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, ceiling fan, 40-inch Smart TV, and night lights with built-in chargers.

Upstairs, a second living area provides extra space to relax or spread out, complete with a full-size pullout couch, additional clothing storage, and a 40-inch Smart TV. This space connects to the third bedroom, which includes a king bed, an additional twin bed, workstation with convenient make-up mirror, and ample storage.

Extra conveniences include central heating, a full-size LG washer and dryer with LG TrueSteam dryer, dedicated ski storage near the entry, and family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, dog kennel, and cornhole set. All TVs in the home are Smart TVs.

This home does not have air conditioning.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Property & Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During the winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions. Snowstorms and icy terrain can make access difficult without proper traction.

To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.

House was super clean! The backyard was nice for the dog, the hot tub was excellently maintained. Plenty of appliances in the kitchen to make a variety of meals. Location is super central to everywhere. It was definitely a vibe lol
