The Space
This one-bedroom, self-contained unit (of a family home) is tucked away in a garden oasis, offering privacy and tranquility. Designed with beach living in mind, the interiors are bright, airy, and inviting—ideal for singles, couples, or small families.

The spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. A generously sized living area, complete with a heat pump, provides a cozy space to relax in the afternoon sun. Open the ranch slider to step outside into your own slice of paradise, with the garden and shared pool area just steps away. Access to playground and trampoline in the shared backyard.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and easy access to the family bathroom, which includes a shower with a built-in seat, toilet, and basin.

Living Area offers a queen sofa bed that is easily able to to packed up during the day.

Shared Amenities
Guests have shared access to the swimming pool—perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the coast. Please note the pool will be heated and serviced from approximately October-March. There is no use of the pool outside of these months.

Guests have shared access to the spa.

Free range dog lives on the property. Travellers, who love dogs, are recommended.

Families will love the open backyard, complete with a children’s playground and trampoline for extra fun.
