Any breach of this rule will unfortunately result in the immediate termination of your booking, eviction from the premises, and penalties in line with NSW short-term rental regulations. Additional charges may apply to cover damages or necessary extra cleaning.
Loss of keys or access devices will result in a $300 fine.
Strictly no parties or events.
⣠No smoking or vaping indoors. A $500 fine applies for any breach.
⣠Please ensure all shoes are off when in the living room and refrain from drinking wine or eating in the living area.
⣠We want to ensure all future guests have the opportunity to experience Bouclé Haven, so please keep the area clean and free of spillages/stains. Any damage to furniture will result in damage fees.
⣠Failure to adhere to scheduled check-in or check-out times may incur a call-out fee of up to $150.
⣠A $50 delivery fee applies for returning any forgotten items.
⣠Only park in the dedicated parking space. Do not park in other resident parking spots.
⣠No pets are allowed on the property.
