Refresh & Restock and Full Clean service for $250. For extended bookings, cleaning schedules will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically maintain, clean, and inspect the property, keeping your Luxe Edge sanctuary in top condition throughout your visit.

We respectfully ask that you review all house rules before confirming your reservation. We strictly prohibit parties and large events of any nature to protect the integrity of the property and maintain peace for our neighbours.

Any breach of this rule will unfortunately result in the immediate termination of your booking, eviction from the premises, and penalties in line with NSW short-term rental regulations. Additional charges may apply to cover damages or necessary extra cleaning.

Loss of keys or access devices will result in a $250 fine.
‣ Strictly no parties or events.

‣ No smoking or vaping indoors. A $300 fine applies for any breach.

‣ Please ensure all shoes are off when in the living room and refrain from drinking wine or eating in the living area.

‣ We want to ensure all future guests have the opportunity to experience BouclĂ© Haven, so please keep the area clean and free of spillages/stains. Any damage to furniture will result in damage fees.

‣ Failure to adhere to scheduled check-in or check-out times may incur a call-out fee of up to $150.

‣ A $50 delivery fee applies for returning any forgotten items.

‣ Only park in the dedicated parking space. Do not park in other resident parking spots.

‣ No pets are allowed on the property.

‣ Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.

‣ This building is home to long-term residents, including elderly neighbours who value peace and quiet — please be considerate at all times.

‣ No loud music or gatherings in the apartment or on the balcony.

‣ Do not tamper with exterior security cameras in common areas.

‣ Please dispose of rubbish properly using the designated bins.

‣ Any damage, breakage, or missing items must be reported immediately.

‣ Running any form of business, photoshoots, or commercial activity from the apartment is strictly prohibited.

‣ Lost keys or fobs will incur a $250 Fine

‣ Be mindful with luggage and noise in hallways to avoid damaging walls or disturbing neighbours.
