The space
Wind up the tree-lined private drive and you arrive at the secluded oasis of Broadoaks Retreat, a place to rest and recharge amongst the beautiful established country gardens and native birdsong. You will feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of busy life, yet just minutes to Waikanae township and Kapiti's beautiful beaches.

The home exudes comfort and luxury with an entry foyer that leads to the elegant lounge with a cozy open fireplace and a 50” Smart TV. The french doors flow out to the expansive west facing deck that is drenched in afternoon sun. A Weber Family BBQ is undercover on the deck for all year round use.

The well appointed and fully equipped kitchen is an entertainers delight featuring European appliances including a 900cm oven and 6 burner gas hob plus a Nespresso machine.

Gather around the large island bench or relax in the adjacent living area featuring a 65” Smart TV. Fast WiFi is also available. The fabulous kitchen and living area leads directly out to the sunny pool terrace perfect for alfresco dining.

The unique bedroom configuration consists of three separate wings:

- The master suite has a king bed with a stunning fully tiled ensuite that has a double spa bath and rain head shower. There is also a full size walk-in-wardrobe.

- The upstairs wing has 2 bedrooms (1x queen bed and 1x queen bed) bathroom with shower and a lounge area that separates the bedrooms.

- The downstairs wing comprises of 2 bedrooms (1x queen bed and 1x super king bed, which can be split into 2x single beds on request when booking) A bathroom with shower services these bedrooms.

** A 6th bedroom with a single bed can be available on request at an extra cost of $50pn

The 4th bathroom with shower is adjacent to the kitchen/living/patio area. There is also a separate fully equipped laundry.

Broadoaks Retreat is a place where families and groups can relax, reconnect and have some fun amongst the beautiful tranquil surroundings and stunning country gardens.

For the more energetic enjoy activities such as tennis (all weather court) swimming (seasonal) or playing lawn games.
