Designed over two levels, the home features a light-filled open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that flows seamlessly onto a sunny deck - perfect for alfresco dining, morning coffee, or soaking in the fresh sea breeze. A BBQ and a separate heated atrium room on the deck provide the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy gorgeous sunsets. The modern kitchen is equipped for anything from quick bites to family feasts.

Accommodation includes four well-appointed bedrooms. Upstairs, a luxurious super king bedroom with ensuite offers a peaceful retreat. On the ground floor, there are two king bedrooms - one of which is located in a separate studio/sleepout with its own ensuite, ideal for those seeking added privacy. The fourth bedroom includes a king single bed, providing a comfortable extra sleeping space. In addition to the three bathrooms, there’s an extra separate toilet for convenience.

A dedicated media room with a second TV, PlayStation, and CD player offers a cosy, darkened space perfect for relaxing movie nights or keeping kids entertained.

Parking is generous, with a double garage and carport accommodating up to five vehicles. The shared driveway remains easily accessible.
