Wattle Place is a spacious and welcoming retreat, perfectly positioned between town and Prevelly and surrounded by beautiful bushland filled with native trees, wildlife, and nature.
As you enter the home, youâre greeted by a generous open-plan kitchen that flows seamlessly into the main living area. The living room offers ample seating with two inviting zones: one centred around the fireplace for cosy winter evenings, and another by the sliding doors that open directly onto the garden, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural surroundings.
The fully equipped open kitchen has everything you need for the whole family, including quality appliances and thoughtful extras such as an air fryer. Large windows throughout the living space fill the home with natural light, while sliding doors lead out to the veranda and garden. For year-round comfort, the house is fitted with a ducted heating and cooling system throughout.
The veranda is spacious yet cosy, featuring a BBQ for relaxed outdoor meals. In the garden, youâll find a firepit with bench seatingâperfect for winter nights (please note the firepit is only available during winter due to summer fire bans). Kangaroos and local wildlife are frequent visitors, making the outdoor setting truly special.
To the left of the living room is a dedicated TV room with a large, comfortable couch that easily fits the whole familyâideal for movie nights on the big screen. Connected to the TV room is the master bedroom, complete with a queen bed, walk-in robe, and private ensuite with shower and toilet.
On the other side of the house are three additional bedrooms. The first is a kidsâ room with two single beds and a great selection of toys. The second and third bedrooms are both spacious queen rooms. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower and bath, plus a separate toilet for added convenience.
The home also includes a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Outside, near the carport, guests will find a range of lawn games, perfect for a fun day enjoying the garden and fresh air.
Wattle Place is ideal for families or groups looking for space, comfort, and a peaceful bush setting while still being close to town and the coast.
