The Seaglass House is full of character, cozy nooks, and New England charm. The property is just a short stroll from the footbridge into town. Enjoy harbor views from the upper deck, morning coffee on the front porch, and easy access to Boothbay’s best dining, shopping, and waterfront attractions. This home is just across the street from the Carousel Marina and the Boothbay Lobster Wharf, two beautiful oceanside dining spots. For those looking for a nice walk, the home sits 15-20 minutes away from Barrett`s Park, the perfect spot for an afternoon dip. Less than 10 minutes away is the beautiful `Our Lady Queen of Peace` church. The home(s) have three parking spaces included, is dog friendly, has in-unit washer/dryer units, an extra pull-out sofa in the office, and a foldable crib included.

This is a private home. Guests may book the main Seaglass House, the Puffin’s Nest Cottage, or both together. In some cases, two separate parties may be staying on the property at the same time.

One of our team members will personally meet you at the home upon arrival to provide keys or door codes, share a quick tour with helpful notes about the house and area, and a locally sourced welcome gift. After check-in, you’ll have complete privacy to enjoy your stay.

Our Sea Maine team is locally based and available 24/7 should you need anything during your visit.

Sidewalks lead all the way into town, or you can catch the free local trolley, which stops just across the street at Brown’s Wharf.

Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
