Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, and overflow parking in some areas of the neighborhood. No street parking is allowed in some areas.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR***

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill upon request
***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

**PET POLICY

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed

$150 Pet fee per pet

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
