Emerald Island est une communauté de villégiature exclusive gated man moins d'un mile de la célèbre US Highway 192 où vous trouverez des boutiques, des restaurants et des divertissements.

Avec un aspect arrière orienté vers l'est, vous pouvez profiter des levers de soleil spectaculaires de la vaste zone de la piscine, avec une véranda pleine largeur, piscine privée et SPA. La maison bénéficie de planchers de bois franc à travers le deuxième niveau, le plancher de titre et de bois franc au premier niveau, les comptoirs en corian dans la cuisine ainsi que des vanités en marbre cultivées dans toutes les salles de bains. Il y a aussi une baignoire multi-jets de type jacuzzi dans la chambre principale en-suite. Il fournit toutes les commodités rendant votre séjour confortable comme une maison loin de la maison. Il dispose d'une salle familiale avec plafond cathédrale de deux étages et d'un salon. Il y a deux séries de tables à manger. Parfait pour votre grand groupe.

La villa dispose de deux suites parentales (une au deuxième étage et l’autre au premier étage) avec deux lits king size, un grand lit et sa propre grande salle de bain plusieurs chambres avec lits jumeaux et deux lits pliants. Il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 18 personnes. Il est géré localement donc vous avez toujours quelqu'un à appeler en cas de problème.

Haut débit, accès Internet sans fil, télévision par câble, appels interurbains gratuits aux États-Unis sont disponibles pour votre commodité. Vous pouvez regarder votre émission préférée à la télévision dans la salle familiale et dans toutes les chambres. Check in was hectic. Staff at gate very rude. My daughter arrived first and she called the home was dirty. She left to go get food and cleaning supplies. Crumbs on the kitchen counters,spilled sticky on the table and floors, the cabnets and refrig was dirty. The micro had a broken door on it, the refrig ice maker was frozen over. The diDR table when you looked at it the placemats were stained with food. The chairs were all stained. The entrance door was filthy. On the floor going into the dining room the strip on the floor was broken. The walls in the rooms were also dirty and cracked. The half bath was dirty on the walls, door, floor around the toilet and baseboards. All the bathrooms were that way. The master with the hot tub had someones hair and black around the jets. All of the bedding had to be washed before it could be used. They had marks on the sheets or coverlets. Some had hair on them. Some of the beds had broken headboards. The gameroom was a joke. The pool sticks were all broken. It was a garage with a pool table and couches. For a rental that boosts it can sleep 16 there was very little pots and pans to provide meals for all of them. No crock pot. We had to eat out more often to feed everyone. The washer makes a lot of noise as if it was going to break. The dryer was ok but I dropped a shirt on the side and noted a large amount of lint. Missing smoke alarms. When looking for cleaning supplies I found the air unit. Black mold all over it and the walls.

So many things were wrong. First the owner never answered me back about the issues. Two the king suite upstairs bathroom was stopped up we had to keep plunging it. Third the maintenance guy finally came around the 4th day to change the toilet and in the process my husbands jewelry box got stolen and he was the only one there. Fourth there were dirty and molded plates on the cabinet, the bedspreads had white spots on it which to me looked like human juices, Fifth, the furniture looked like they went dumpster diving to get them. The high chairs at the table two were broken the table looked scratched up. Sixth the refrigerator made me gag, there were bugs in the part where the ice come from and mold where you put the cup at. The Ac unit was full of mold my niece woke up and her hold face was swolllen, everyone’s eyes were watery and itchy, the grill we couldn’t use because it was so nasty. The outside fridge was disgusting. We love swimming and not one time did any of us get in the pool. The pool bottom looked rusty. The WiFi didn’t work at all the two of the tvs didn’t work and they were old tvs, the downstairs queen room had no tv.. it was suppose to be three Queen rooms from the description but it was only two. The microwave door handle missing and it was mold in the shower door of the king suite upstairs. It was so much til I just want my refund. Vrbo needs to remove that listing until the owners remodel that place. I’m so aggravated that we had to stay there. We did 7 days.

We booked this home in this resort as we love the location and this resort we stay here in emerald island every week in november. We checked in on a saturday for 8 days as a family of 5 and my sil and bil and their adult son. Check in is easy at the gate, once we got to the house we saw it was dirty the office had closed that was managing the property so i left a message for them to call back. No one called back the next day so i called and spoke to a guy who was a little irritated that i wasn't happy with the cleanliness of the home and said it was deep cleaned and that the cleaning company was closed on a sunday and he would have to contact them tomorrow and get back to me. He never did! I messaged the home owner the golfing day when no one responded and they to this day have not responded. Every other question had been responded to almost immediately. The fridge freezer door leaked we had to keep a towel on the floor the whole time, the microwave door handle was broken, the outlets in the kitchen didn't all work. Tv remotes had no batteries and we couldn't get my daughters tv to ever work. None of the tv had any streaming devices only cable tv. The hvac vents were filthy they had dust and lint hanging out of them, every single ceiling fan had built up dust on them and have never been cleaned. There was a mold smell upstairs when i opened the furnace door the whole closet was covered in black mold and the tank. All the trim was dirty and there was items left from renters

UNSANITARY!!

Upon arrival we noticed there are several areas of the house that are dirty with stains and food including the furniture, walls, and window blinds. In addition, the bathrooms were also dirty and appear as if the tubs were not cleaned. As it pertains to the showers, there is visible black mold. As we settle into the night and started to look into the beds, we realized most beds had dirty sheets with stains. Yellow stains and some other very questionable dry white stains. This is just the beginning of the problem as we realized there are several broken features around the house including window blinds, light fixtures, torn lamps, and broken chairs. We are highly dissatisfied with the lack of basic living cookware such as pots and pans. This is highly unacceptable and we are greatly concerned about the lack of hygiene and attention that was provided to this home. This place should NOT continue to operate under these conditions. This is highly unacceptable for money spent. was provided to this home.

We visited 7/12-21 They need to be ashamed this house is terrible the bed was broke sinked in the middle the couch was just bad terrible you couldn't even sit in the couch sink to the bottom bc it's broke with comforters stuffed in it. The stove was so dirty it hadn't been cleaned in lord knows when. The kitchen table is sinking in the middle lopsided the chairs to them shaky and bout broke. It's mold in that house.walls a mess very disappointing worst experience and took pictures and videos for proof and sent them to VRBO and host. I wish the people that's looking at the reviews before renting could see the real pictures of this house. They need to remodel and refurnish this house just terrible DO Not rent 🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃

Several things were wrong with this house, when contacting the owner and property manager it took several days to get the pool heated, but nothing else was even looked at. There were bugs, broken glass hanging over beds, bathrooms didn’t lock, damaged walls in every room, mold, zero mention of paying to park, etc. by far the worst experience I have had staying at installs islands, and put a bad reputation for a nice area.

Unfortunately i was very disappointed in this house. The furniture made me feel like i was in a fraternity house. Once in the couch you can't get out. Bedding was stained and bring your own sheets! They were so old. In fact bring everything. House simply isn't inviting. Pool table is a joke. One short pool cue. Hot tub was to be heated but was not the entire week and had to argue to get my money back. Great location for Disney. That was the bright point. Short Uber ride and great neighborhood with a park across the street. Very basic home with lots of basic beds.

Clean, spacious, great location, large pool, and great neighborhood.

We very much enjoyed our 10 days staying here. The kids loved the pool, and we all love having the large space for everyone. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Everything was clean and all the appliances worked.

Great location, villa could use some TLC

Really great location, very easy to get to Disney parks and local restaurants and shops. The information sent by the owners for access to Emerald Isle resort was wrong, they gave us a gate code and the property has not used a gate code in over a year, we had to pay $20 per vehicle and register each vehicle with the resort. The house was fine, beds were comfortable but the furniture and interior paint could use some updating. Overall we had a good stay.

Point à améliorer -Il y a des ressorts manquants dans les lits. On a dû aller acheter des matelas gonflable en plus pour les enfants -La moustiquaire en haut de la piscine était brisée - Les ressorts manquants dans le sofa du salon. Elle est dû pour être changé vu qu'on s'enfonce là dessus. -Un bâton de billard cassé et table de hockey manquante -Les meubles auraient besoin d'être renouvelé pour un séjour de longue durée - fournir les produits de base pour un long séjour ( détergent, bleach, assouplisseurs, etc.) - Plus de sac de poubelle aurait dû être fourni - Le papier de toilettes aurait dû être fournie - Nous aurions dû être avisé dès le départ que les serviettes devaient être lavé par nous-mêmes Point fort - Lieu sécurisé pour les familles et enfants - Endroit bien situé pour des activités en famille - Piscine agréable

Comfortable for a large group

Property was clean and comfortable. It accomodated out large group very well. Was conveniently located in a nice gated community. My family had a blast in the pool. Would definitely book here again.

It was very clean, my family enjoyed the home away from home. They loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. The resort was very clean and well maintained. We got there and was amazed and felt very safe. Definitely a nice area.

I wouldn't say it's the best available but it wasn't awful either. Property management fixed an issue with the dryer almost immediately. The cleaning fee isn't being used to clean the property properly. Pots/Pans are nearly unusable. (We purchased our own). Property is advertised with Pool Table/Air Hockey table which was not present in the property. Overall a decent stay.

A few minor issues

The property and community were lovely. Would definitely stay in the area again. Really close to everything. A couple of things, the garage “ games room” only had a couple of couches and a table, no games, the dryer was too loud to use, we were afraid it might catch fire, master shower took days to drain, cookware was in very poor condition, one pot was split on the bottom, BBQ was dirty and empty tank. We had to purchase a tank. We left a little robot at the house by accident. I called the property manager but have never heard back.

The reason we chose this property because of the game room. To our surprise no pool table, no air hockey no game room. The property manager did not address any issues. I called the first night when we checked in no answer and no return call. Called 3rd day and property manager had to call someone else and still no responses. Furniture very worn pillows underneath couch pillows for support. Chairs wobbly one of our guest fell but still no response. Hot tub should have been available when I booked but did not prompt me. So disappointed with this property

Don't believe the reviews

We were a bit worried about the reviews! If you are looking for luxury, this isn't it. However, it is a beautiful property that is able to accommodate large groups. We felt it could use a deep cleaning, but it was clean enough and we are aware we are visiting during a cery demanding time. Yes, the furniture is a bit run down and pool table is torn (didnt bother our kids...but if you are a pool shark it might)....but proves it is a popular spot to stay. The pool was fantastic after hot days at the parks, but in reality the kids would have been jusy as happy to stay and swim all day! Location is phenomenal and size of house made us feel like we each had a space to run to and rest. I went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I did inquire about the reviews and got no response, but again I review the homes we choose based on our own experience. This home went above our expectations and we would choose to stay here again!

The furniture was so old in the living room, too afraid to sit on sofa, had pillows under the pillows to hold it up. The game room was a hazard, pool table had a big split,barely standing up. Had to wash all linens before going to sleep. No household cleaning items to start with. The house was a overall disaster. Furniture look like it was found on the side of the street and placed in house. For a quick rent.
