There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves.-The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking in some areas in the neighborhood, but no street parking is allowed in some spots.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR***

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)
