Farmhouse Retreat 15 minutes from downtown Victoria

This cozy retreat over looks an organic vineyard, farmlands, and private lake - the perfect spot to unwind any time of the year. Enjoy a quiet morning taking in the pastoral views with the provided coffee or tea on the large south-facing sundeck, and close out your night at your own outdoor fire pit next to the water. Inside is just as memorable with a luxurious bed, natural linens, books, games and a cozy fireplace. Conveniently located on an acreage between downtown and the airport.

This tiny home is tucked into a far corner of our acreage on a small lake, with a separate driveway, and complete privacy from the main house. The tiny house overlooks an organic vineyard and farm field off the front deck, complete with patio furniture. The back of the tiny home has a private fire pit overlooking our small lake.

The tiny home has a kitchen, sitting area, and dining nook with a view of the lake. A cozy loft upstairs has a queen sized bed, with fluffy bedding and pillows, and a view of the vineyard. The wooden steps leading to the loft are steep and not good for children, pets, or people with mobility concerns.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook basic meals or enjoy take out - there is an espresso machine, French press, microwave, mini fridge, hot plate, kettle, cookware and serviceware. Tea and coffee, as well as salt, pepper, sugar, and oil are provided.

Please note that the steps to the bedroom loft are steep (less steep than a ladder but more than a staircase).

The bathroom is in a separate cabin, immediately adjacent to the tiny home via a beautiful deck space with ample outdoor lighting.
