Where retro flair meets modern indulgence in a coastal escape for up to 14 guests, this expansive beach retreat delivers a holiday experience in a league of its own only steps from parkland, playground and only 300m to a sandy beach.
An oasis of peace and serenity behind tall fences, the property is a clever fusion of character and contemporary comfort with a beautifully refurbished 1950s residence merging with a spectacular extension that delivers a sensational entertaining domain flowing seamlessly out to a north-facing alfresco deck and sweeping lawns.
Offering glorious space for large groups or multiple families to relax and connect, or explore the Mornington Peninsulaâs endless attractions, the residence provides two lovely spaces to lounge.
Under soaring ceilings, the open plan lounge has a plush suite surrounding a woodheater, a central dining area and a showpiece kitchen equipped for effortless catering, while a series of giant glass sliding doors glide back to connect the space with the grand alfresco deck that is the perfect stage for long summer lunches, sunset drinks and relaxed evenings around the BBQ. An outdoor shower adds a touch of beachside luxury after a day on the sand.
The main bedroom is luxuriously large including its own access to the deck, a dressing room and designer ensuite with open shower and bathtub. Three more bedrooms at the other end of the home offer plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.
