The place is located in the central of Melbourne CBD, in the free tram zone area, easy access to all the transportation, cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to Bourke St, Collins St, Melbourne Central, QV and China town.

Only one block away from Bourke St tram stops and two block away from Southern Cross railway station and skybus to airport

The apartment has no car park，but there are two public car parks closeby.

Please do remember that you are staying in a private apartment. The building receiption, hotel staffs and hotel housekeepers won’t help you with anything. Please do not ask them for cleaning, towels, storage and any others. I am the person you should contact for.

Also if the Smoke Detector goes off, guest will be charged the Fire Brigade attendance to a the false alarm, with an approximate cost of AUD $3000 per attendance per fire engine. 4.Check-ins are after 3pm. Check-outs are before 10am. 5.Only one set of keys is provided. If after the check-in you forget the keys inside the apartment and you request us to come to let you in again, there will be a once off AU$30 surcharge.
