Escape for year-round adventure to this updated townhouse, nestled on
beautiful wooded grounds in this quiet secluded community. This corner
3-bedroom, 2-bathroom escape sleeps 8 guests and is a short stroll from the
Village at Mammoth where you have access to the Village Gondola, shops, dining
options and more. In the Summer, explore the scenic trails, hit the golf
greens, or enjoy a movie under the stars. With a cozy wood burning fireplace,
mountain views, and access to a shared hot tub and sauna, this cabin offers an
unforgettable mountain retreat. On the upper level is the main open plan
living space with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light, offering a
gathering space for the whole family. The full kitchen makes cooking a breeze
with high end stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything
needed to prepare and enjoy family meals, including a dining space that seats
6 with additional kitchen bar seating. The living space offers comfortable
seating, where you can wind down by the crackling wood-burning fireplace, or
catch a movie on the large flatscreen smart TV. Or perhaps you want to sit
back and take in the sweeping mountain views of the Sherwin mountain range
from the private balcony. On this upper level is a primary suite with queen
bed and attached private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the lower
level are the additional two bedrooms, the second guest bedroom featuring a
King bed, with access to the hallway full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The
third and final bedroom features a Queen bed, plus double over double bunk
beds, a smart TV with Apple TV and a desk space for remote working. For all
the comforts of home, a private washer and dryer are in the hall closet. Enjoy
the community hot tub and sauna, and recreation room with pool table, public
BBQ (seasonal only), and on-site parking for 2 vehicles. All guests receive
complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities
including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,
pilates and cycle studio and more. There are multiple mountain lodges nearby
with Eagle Lodge a short drive, the Village Gondola 0.5-mile walking distance.
