The fully equipped kitchenette includes a cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave—ideal for easy meal prep after a day on the slopes. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room allows for up to four guests.
Guests enjoy full access to Beaver Run Resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, heated pools, fitness center, arcade, on-site dining, and ski rentals. The resort also offers true ski-in/ski-out convenience to Peak 9 and complimentary shuttle service around Breckenridge.
With the slopes just outside your door and downtown Breckenridge a short walk away, this property offers an unbeatable location for both adventure and relaxation. Whether you’re visiting for ski season or summer hiking, you’ll love the easy access to shops, dining, and trails from this premier resort setting.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.
Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
