Beautiful 10 acre property with newly remodeled home and beautiful views, new to VRBO; daylight basement with private: entrance, patio, bedroom with King bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen fully stocked with Keurig and regular coffeemakers, and living room, tastefully furnished. Wineries within 1-3 miles, close to town (5 miles/10 mins to Starbucks and groceries), and close to downtown 3rd Street for shops, dining etc. to enjoy the charm of McMinnville. Hosts can point to the best wineries, restaurants and attractions. No smoking. Has WiFi.
Beautiful place, peaceful and quiet.
Property was listed while we were there. We chose to leave 10 days early because of the showings. We were refunded for the days we had left. The owners responded quickly to our questions and requests.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment! It is a light, very comfortable and spacious place. The bed is very comfortable, and there is a nice area outside to sit and enjoy a meal. It is very close to some great wineries, and the air museum, which is not to be missed! There is no television, so make sure you download all of the instructions before you arrive to be sure you get the wifi code. We didn't do that, and we could never connect to wifi.
Jennifer's place is lovely! I stayed here with my mom for 2 days for a getaway. The views are beautiful and relaxing and was close enough to town without the hustle and bustle. Jennifer wasn't there when we were so we were, but was very use to communicate with, responded quickly and let us enjoy the additional patios. The place was clean and comfortable, with private entrance and cute patio table.
The only thing to note was that there was no door to separate the stairs from the basement to the upstairs, so if the owners were home I would imagine both parties would be able to hear each other.
Would definitely stay again!
Stunning countryside views and view of Mt. Hood, close to wineries and rural feeling (neighbors include cows and llamas) but also super convenient to town (McMinnville) and close to Hwy18 going towards the Oregon coast.
Sleep soundly with no neighbor noises or town sounds :) but maybe a coyote howl; See tons of birds, squirrels, quail, and the occasional deer or wild turkey.
