Rio Guadalupe Condo 313 â Riverfront Retreat on the Guadalupe River
Enjoy a comfortable getaway at this third-floor condo overlooking the Guadalupe River and scenic limestone bluffs.
Relax on the covered patio just off the living room and take in the view.
This spacious condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8 guests. Elevator and stair access available.

Third Bedroom: Twin-over-Full Bunk (sleeps 3)
Living Room: Couch (sleeps 1)
The condo comes fully furnished with bath towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, TVs, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms feature quartz countertops, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen island offers extra seating and a great gathering space.
Located in a gated community, guests enjoy access to:
