Just moments from Back Beach Golf Links and a short drive to the renowned Lon Retreat & Day Spa, it’s an ideal base for families or small groups looking to slow down, explore the coastline, and settle into an easy holiday rhythm of beach walks, long lunches, and relaxed evenings at home.

The home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests and is thoughtfully configured for flexible group stays. The main bedroom includes a private ensuite with bath, creating a peaceful retreat for parents, while the remaining bedrooms offer queen accommodation for additional guests and a single room suited to a child or solo traveller. A double sofa bed in the living area provides extra flexibility when needed. There is also an additional bathroom off the laundry, adding convenience for busy mornings.

Designed for easy holiday living, the kitchen is well equipped for shared meals, and the living spaces provide a relaxed setting to unwind after days spent at the beach or golf course. Outdoors, the fully fenced yard and Weber BBQ make it easy to enjoy long summer evenings, with off-street parking available for two cars.

Moonah Haven is also pet friendly, welcoming one well-cared-for dog per stay. The yard is fenced and gated, though supervision is recommended due to a lower side fence in parts.

BYO linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats, tea towels). Linen hire available by prior arrangement.
Please note the sofa bed does not come with linen as standard. If you would like to use it during your stay, a linen pack can be arranged for an additional $65. Please let us know prior to arrival, and the linen pack will be delivered to the property ready for you to make up the sofa bed when needed.
Pets are welcome, one well-behaved dogs permitted at no additional cost. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels.
Tip: For guests wanting firewood, small bags are often available from the IGA Local Grocer Queenscliff on Hesse Street and sometimes from BP near the entrance to town, depending on stock availability.
