Hidden amongst the area’s iconic Moonah woodland, entry is via the main deck. With a northerly aspect, this large outdoor entertaining area benefits from a large retractable awning for some midday shade and also houses the partitioned outdoor shower, a bbq and a cafe heater for cooler nights under the stars. Beyond the front door, an open plan kitchen/living area has plenty of seating, whilst the modern kitchen is well equipped for self-catering - with gas cooking, an oven and a dishwasher. The adjacent sitting area is perfect for quiet afternoons on the couch in front of the large tv.
To the rear of the home, four bedrooms surround a second informal living area. Two with queen size beds, one with a double bed and the fourth a family bedroom housing a queen bed with bunk above plus additional bunk bed. All rooms are stylishly appointed with great views to the garden outside. A modern family bathroom with dual sinks (perfect for busy bed times!) is joined by a second separate toilet off the laundry, which also includes a washing machine, dryer, trough and drying rack. With direct access to the second living space, the main deck wraps around the rear of the house providing a further outdoor space to enjoy. With sun lounges and added seating providing a great place to sit and watch the family enjoy the big backyard.

Point Lonsdale’s main shopping and dining strip is just a short walk away, with a supermarket amongst its many cafes and boutiques. Make the most of the many walking trails up and around the famous lighthouse, whilst enjoying the many beaches scattered around both the quieter bay side and naturally stunning ocean side of town. Further afield, heritage Queenscliff is a photographer’s delight, whilst Geelong and Melbourne are easily accessible.

Parking for 4 cars is available behind the property gates, guests are asked not to park outside the gates as that is common car access shared with neighbouring homes.

YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc.
