We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every check-in. The concerns described in your review do not reflect the condition of the property as confirmed during our inspections. Regarding the temperature, we responded immediately by arranging for an HVAC technician to inspect the system. At the time of the inspection, the thermostat on the main floor was maintaining 21C (70°F). The technician checked the air conditioning system, including the fan, refrigerant pressure, airflow, and temperatures at multiple supply vents throughout the home, and confirmed that the system was operating properly. Based on the inspection, the technician advised that the slightly warmer temperature upstairs was most likely due to the extreme heat wave at the time, together with the large windows and the skylight in the second-floor bathroom, rather than a malfunction of the HVAC system. We always encourage guests to let us know about any concerns during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them promptly.
