Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom townhouse nestled in the serene heart of Cambridge, just moments away from the convenience of the 401 highway.

Spread across three levels, this townhouse offers a seamless blend of contemporary design and comfort. The ground floor greets you with a foyer, a closet, a convenient garage, and a laundry area, ensuring your arrival is met with practicality and ease.

Ascending to the second level, you'll discover an expansive open-concept living space boasting a living room, kitchen, and dining area under soaring 9-foot ceilings. Step outside to your balcony or retreat to the backyard oasis, seamlessly accessible from this level.

Venture to the third floor, where tranquility awaits in the form of three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room offers a peaceful sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.

For added peace of mind, our townhouse is equipped with security cameras at strategic locations, including the front door, garage, and furnace & water softener area in the basement. While our neighbourhood is known for its safety, these additional measures provide an extra layer of security and reassurance for our guests.

Parking Information:

- Parking is available for up to two vehicles (standard cars or mid-sized SUVs).
- The garage fits one car or a normal-sized SUV. Please note: large trucks may not fit comfortably.
- The driveway, located directly in front of the garage, serves as the second dedicated parking spot.
- We do not accommodate two trucks.
- Additional parking elsewhere is at your own risk.

Place was beautiful. Quiet serene location.

Everything was just wonderful. Except at the end when the owner accused us of having more people in the house than was allowed, we were a big group so we had people helping us coming and going, but only the six people allowed to stay there were in the house overnight. I encouraged the owner to check the video. But then never heard back.

Clean and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. The house has everything you need for a two night stay. We would be comfortable in this space if we had to stay for a week or two. We went down to visit my daughter and the three bedrooms were ideal as she stayed with us and everyone had their own space

Great Stay. Exceeded my expectations

I stayed for 4 days and 5 nights at this property with my wife and 3 young children. The unit was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and had literally everything we needed, including a crib and safety gate for our infant. On more than one occasion I went out to buy something only to find out it was already provided for in the unit. The property was exactly as advertised and actually exceeded my expectations. Check in was flawless and the host was very responsive to my inquiries. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it for 1 more day which the host help facilitate. We are incredibly grateful for this place as it made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. We will surely be back and highly recommend it.

Holiday visit

We stayed for a week over the Holiday season. The property is new and is very good condition, the garage is narrow for full sized cars. The wifi and smart tv worked as expected. The appliances, heat and plumbing fixtures worked well. It was nice to have the use of the washer dryer. It would have been nice to have 1) cloth to wash the island countertop, 2) shelf in the master bath shower for soap/shampoo, 3) a chair or bench in the bedrooms to sit on. Overall the size was nice and the layout is great for a family get-together.

Quiet and convenient

Nice quiet area yet nice Cafe restaurants or pubs a short drive down the road.very clean well maintained townhouse. Spent a week there and it quickly felt like home. A safe comfortable place for family. I'd highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate too return on another occasion

Girls Weekend

We arrived a little early as we weren’t sure how long it would take to get there. Sent a message asking if we’re able to get in early. The house happened to be ready just as we arrived and there was no problem getting in. Very accommodating. The house was perfect. We were 4 women on a yearly getaway. The house had everything we could ever need. With the beautiful weather it was so nice to have an outdoor space to enjoy as well. Beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms had everything you need and were very clean. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet. I can say if our girls weekend brings us to the area again, we will 100% be staying here again. We were even offered late checkout, however being early birds we were on our way fairly early. It was a much appreciated gesture. Thank you for absolutely everything.

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel, gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Für uns diente es nur als Basislager für Ausflüge in die Umgebung - eine einfachere Unterkunft auch gereicht. Wir sind aber froh, uns für dieses Haus entschieden zu haben. Thank you Somy!

Everything about this place is awesome! One of the nicest vrbos we've ever stayed in. Everything is super clean, brand new. Extremely well stocked. Excellent!! Be sure you have the unit number in the complex. Hosts were amazing. 10/10.

Fabulous clean, well equipped quiet property! Wonderful host!!

We booked this 3 bedroom townhouse for a girlfriend weekend get together/ visit with kids and grandchildren. The host for this property was awesome! From check in ( she accommodated us for earlier arrival) to departure (she offered late checkout at no extra charge), we could not have been more pleased. The property was spotless, had every convenience we needed for a weekend stay, including coffee, tea, bottled water, laundry detergent, shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. There was a lovely welcome gift and note that added a truly welcoming touch. Beds were comfortable, great pillows! We loved the wireless chargers on the main level and in the bedrooms. We felt pampered and well taken care of, this host deserved a 5 star-plus rating. We will definitely come again! And would recommend this property to everyone. Small note: there are stairs from entry up to to main level.
