The tram stop is right next to your door step. The feel tram would take you to explore Adelaide city, the central market and China Town. You can also take the paid the tram to one of Adelaide's most beautiful beach - Glenelg.



Getting Around:

Stroll along【North Terrace】there's plenty to experience.



The National Wine Centre of Australia is a great introduction to South Australian wine. Enjoy the chance to sample some great wines whilst learning about production. The Adelaide Botanic Garden is an oasis in the city. Rejuvenate with a stroll through the grounds or just relax with a picnic on the grass.



The Art Gallery of South Australia, Migration Museum and South Australian Museum are located in the heart of this cultural boulevard. The State Library displays some fine exhibitions. Statues and war memorials also line the terrace.



On corner of King William Street is Government House, residence of the Governor. Visit on the annual open day in April for a closer look at the stately home and grounds.



Over the road is Parliament House and the Adelaide Festival Centre, Adelaide's "arts' heart". The centre overlooks Elder Park on the banks of the picturesque River Torrens.



Just a few steps away is the Adelaide Casino, located above the grand Adelaide Railway Station. The Adelaide Convention Centre is a tad further along and the western end is home to some amazing architecture in the form of the SAMHRI building and others.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
