Summary:
Welcome to my cozy apartment! This is a two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate 2-4 people.

The apartment is located in the CBD near Chinatown. You can walk or take the free bus nearby, making it very convenient to go anywhere in Adelaide. Only a 5-minute walk to Chinatown with a large range of fantastic restaurants.

Free access to Level 6 Swimming Pool, SPA, Sauna, and Steamroom.

A swimming pool and sauna are available from Monday to Thursday!

The Space:
Each bedroom has a queen-size bed. When you finish your day of travel, you can relax in a soft and comfortable bed. You can also enjoy dinner and red wine on a spacious enough balcony with views. The kitchen provides enough utensils for you and your family and friends.

We provide industrial-grade laundered linens, which include sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, bath towels, and hand towels. All linens are refreshed with each cleaning. Please be aware that top sheets are not included.

* Free parking space is not provided. But there is a Wilson Carpark just next to the building.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and the public facilities (swimming pool) at Level 6.

* Please kindly notice: the public facilities might be unavailable due to unexpected or scheduled maintenance that is organized by the building manager. As your host, I don't receive timely notifications or updates from the building manager.

Apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused and thanks for your understanding. I hope you will have a fantastic stay.

-A convenient shop right across the street
-1-minute walk to a Vietnamese restaurant-Adelaide Pho
-3-minute walk to Atlantis Lounge Bar, and Banban Korean BBQ

Parking:
- Plenty of prepaid 2 hours on-street parking places right in front of the building
-A small unlimited paid parking is only 30 metres from the main entrance of the building

Public Transport:
-The bus station is just 10 meters far from the apartment
-If you want to take a taxi or Uber, it is always easy to stop in front of the building entrance

Getting Around:
5 mins walking to Chinatown
6 mins walking to The University of South Australia West Campus
7 mins walking to Adelaide Central Market
10 mins walking to Victoria Square
12 mins walking to Adelaide Casino
15 mins walking to Rundle Mall
18 mins walking to Adelaide Railway Station
20 mins walking to the Art Gallery and the State Library

Other Things to Note:
1. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, we will arrange a cleaner to address your concerns within 6 hours.

*Any issues with cleanliness must be brought up to the host within 6 hours of check-in and must allow for remediation. No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted.

2. The Apartment is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.

3. We work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoys the stay, so please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at booking.

4. We could provide a Single air mattress and extra linen for you. However, you will be charged $50 per guest per night.
4.1. $50 per night will be charged if the sofa bed is required to use.

5. Cot, highchair and baby bath could be provided upon request with a charge of $20 per item. Please let us know when you make a booking:)

Please kindly notice that we only have limited stocks of Cot, highchairs, and baby baths. We might not BE able to provide any cots, highchairs, and baby baths if we are out of stock.

6. Luggage Storage
For weekdays 9.30 am-5.30 pm, if you need to temperately store your luggage, please come to our office at 239 Wright St Adelaide SA 5000, you can leave it in our office for free.
Another option is lockers at Adelaide Central Bus Station, which operates from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm, seven days a week.

7. Lost and found property
We only keep ‘lost and found property’ for up to two weeks. If guests approach us for the ‘lost and found property’, please provide your current residential address and we are happy to post it for you. However, guests are responsible for all postage fees.

8. After making a reservation, you might be requested to provide identification. This important measure is in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements. As part of our policy, we cannot rent our rooms to individuals below a certain age or to someone using a different name.
