An ENTIRE two bedroom unit ALL TO YOURSELF just a short from the beach.
This spacious unit is perfect for a family getaway and comes fully furnished with Nespresso coffee machine, private garden and balcony.
Walking distance to Grange Beach with cafes right at your fingertips. âNespressoâBody Wash, Shampoo & Conditioner.
Spacious for 1, roomy for 2, ideal for 3, accommodates a maximum of 5.
This fantastic property is just a 3 minute walk from the sand and sea at Grange Jetty and is surrounded by some of the best cafes and spots along the coast. There is no need to drive anywhere, just take a short walk in the sun and enjoy a coffee or a meal at the Grange Jetty Cafe, Grange Hotel or relax with a picnic rug and a good old fish and chips while watching the sun set.
We are surrounded by cafes and restaurants and are close to the train station. Just across the street is a bakery, beautician, hairdresser, convenience store and more.
Our unit is at the very front of the property and is spread across two levels. The lower level offers a comfortable living area with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine & dining for five, a laundry and separate toilet.
Take the stairs to the second level where you will find a spacious, bright master bedroom fitted with a queen bed, hotel quality bedding and private balcony. There is a large wardrobe for storage and bedside tables with drawers. Our second bedroom has a single bunk bed over double, chest of drawers and a TV. There is a cosy bathroom with separate shower, bath and vanity and a second toilet for convenience. Enjoy provisions of body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Our large, secure grassed front yard is perfect for the kids to run around while you relax with a book and a coffee from our Nespresso coffee machine (or a great SA wine!).
Entry is via our state of the art key-less entry system for ease of access 24 hours. Come and stay awhile and enjoy this beautiful unit all to yourself, we would love to have you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
