The Space:

This two-bedroom apartment features one queen bed and one bunk bed, accommodating up to four guests, making it ideal for families or small groups travelling together.

The layout is thoughtfully arranged, with clearly defined living, sleeping and bathroom areas to ensure comfort and privacy. A private balcony offers a pleasant outdoor space to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with basic kitchenware, cookware, crockery and cutlery, making it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay. Each area of the apartment is well separated, allowing guests to enjoy both shared time and personal space.



Guest Access:

Guest can access the entire apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, via stairs only - no lift.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
