With a wide deck overlooking the water, space for ten guests and direct access to the river, this home blends comfort, calm, and coastal ease. Five minutes from Yamba’s heart, yet a world away from noise. It’s everything you need for a peaceful holiday by the water.



The Space:

Days move slower here. The light shifts across the river, the air smells faintly of salt and paperbark and the water glints just beyond your deck. Crystal Palms is made for that 'unhurried' kind of living.



From the moment you walk through the doors, the calm is immediate. Natural light fills the open-plan living area, framing the water like a painting. The lounge opens out to a sprawling timber deck. It's the kind of space where long lunches stretch into golden sunsets and laughter carries softly across the river.



Inside, the living space flows easily between the lounge, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday living. It has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine and generous bench space for prepping platters or packing picnic baskets. Whether it’s morning coffee on the deck or fresh seafood from Yamba’s co-op, everything feels simple and relaxed.



Evenings invite you to gather by the fireplace, sink into the sofa and let the hum of the river replace the background noise of everyday life.



The layout makes it perfect for families or groups wanting comfort and space:



Master bedroom: King size bed and built-in wardrobes

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed and built-in wardrobes

Bedroom 3: Two single beds that can be joined into a king upon request

Bunk room: A fun, flexible sleepaway zone with a tri-bunk (double, single and single trundle). It's perfect for squeezing in a kid's sleepover or two.



Two bathrooms, an outdoor shower and a practical laundry (with washing machine and dryer) make life easy after a day on the sand.



Every bedroom has ceiling fans and the home is air-conditioned for year-round comfort. We provide all bedding and bathroom linen as fast and unlimited internet. Basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, coffee pods and olive oil as well as Leif bathroom hand and body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your convenience and to bring a touch of luxury to your stay.



Step outside and the river is your backyard. You’ll find a private stretch of beach just beyond the lawn. It's deal for kayaking, fishing, pumping yabbies or simply dipping your toes in at dusk. It’s not unusual to spot dolphins gliding past as the tide rolls in. Launch your boat nearby and anchor it to a rock on the shoreline (see photos).



Crystal Palms isn’t about flash, it’s about feeling. It’s where mornings move at their own pace, the kids build sandcastles between swims and nights are best spent on the deck with good food, cool drinks and nothing on the agenda.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, private outdoor spaces and a lock-up garage for two vehicles in tandem (plus extra off-street parking on the driveway).

No need to pick-up keys from an office. Your keys will be available from a lock box on the premises with your unique code.



The Neighborhood:

Set in a quiet riverside pocket just five minutes from town, Crystal Palms offers the best of both worlds. Calm, privacy and easy access to Yamba’s beaches, cafes, and restaurants.

Launch your boat or kayak nearby, fish from the bank or simply enjoy spotting dolphins as the tide rolls in. This peaceful street is home to long-time locals who love the tranquillity. Please help us keep it that way.



Getting Around:

Crystal Palms is a three minute drive to Yamba's five beaches and town. Yamba Fair including Coles and K-hub is a one minute drive away. Bring your bikes and it's a flat ride to town, the beaches and the Yamba Shores Tavern just down the road. We provide one adult bike with helmet for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

This property is designed for relaxation, not revelry. Out of respect for our neighbours, please keep noise low and outdoors quiet after 8pm and before 8am.

There is strictly no smoking, vaping, pets, parties, loud music or school leavers at this property.

There is no fence between the home and the river. This is important to note if you have small children.

There is a boat in the garage and pictured in the photos, however it is not available for use by guests. There's plenty of space on the premises to bring your boat and launch just down the road.
